This was the hardest song for me to write. I have a very hard time talking about myself in a positive way. But when I heard this beat, I just started writing. I originally wrote a verse and a bit more strictly about my love of cigarettes and it branched into this song, but then I decided to take it out stick with this song strictly. I wanted to try to celebrate myself in a positive way without being cocky, which is why I never do, I don't want to be seen or heard as cocky, so I just beat myself up instead. I'm learning the art of confidence without cockiness, it's a long process.

I also wrote this song to hopefully provide some sense of hope and positivity to anyone struggling with anything. You're not alone. I believe in you, and I sincerely mean that. Please, PLEASE don't give up. You've got a friend in me. I love you. Sincerely.
